    2. Pesticides: Chemistry, IPM-Compatible Compounds; Formulations &  formulation Analysis, Natural Products (Botanicals), residues, Herbicides, Public Health Insecticides

    3. Insect Physiology, with special emphasis on metabolism, the nervous system & endocrinology.

    4. Economic Entomology: Cotton Pests (Whiteflies, Jassids, Flea beetles, Bollworms, Aphids, etc); Fruit Flies of mango & cucurbits; Agromyzidae Leafminers, stem borers & Termites, mosquitoes (Anopheles, Culex and Aedes).

    5. Medical Entomology and Vector Control: Mosquitoes, sandflies and others
